What do I do if I lost my debit card? / What do I do if someone stole my debit card?

In the event that you have lost your debit card or it has been stolen, please go to your Cowboy First Bank's Online Banking, log in, select your card from the list, select the “Block” button, and select the confirm button. Now your Cowboy First Bank debit card has been successfully blocked.

If you do not have Online Banking, please call your local branch to report a lost or stolen debit card. If it is after business hours, please call 1-888-263-3370.

How do I get a new debit card?

To request a new debit card please call your branch and speak with one of our CSRs about ordering a new card. Alternatively, you can stop by our Oakwood branch and we can make you a debit card on-site!

How do I sign up for Online Banking?

To access Cowboy First Bank's Online Banking services please go to www.cowboyfirst.bank and click the “Internet Banking” button in the top right screen. Once you have been redirected, click the “Not enrolled? Sign up now” link below the “Submit” button. Please fill out ALL applicable fields and click “Submit”. One of our team members will review your application, give you a call, and approve your application. Upon approval, you should have access to your OLB withing 30 minutes to an hour.
